Shipping policy
- Free shipping for orders $99+, excludes oversized items.
- Available only for orders in the contiguous US.
- Unfortunately, we are not able to offer free shipping to Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico. We appreciate your understanding.

- Warehouse hours are 8:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday through Friday. The warehouse does not process orders on Saturday or Sunday.
- Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days to receive a tracking number; however, during peak seasons, sales events, or unforeseen circumstances, processing may take longer. Please allow and expect additional time for processing during the holiday season. This includes Black Friday.
- By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the possibility of processing and shipping delays.
- Once the package is scanned by the mail carrier it can take 3 - 5 business days to be delivered.
- Estimated shipping times (3-5 business days, overnight, etc.) refer to the time the carrier takes to deliver your package after it has been shipped, not from the date of purchase.
- Delays in processing or carrier transit times do not qualify for order cancellations, refunds, or chargebacks.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or other factors beyond our control.
- Overnight/Next-Day shipping is available Monday-Thursday 12 PM PST cutoff.
- Overnight/Next-Day shipping orders placed after 12 PM PST ship the next business day.
- Overnight/Next-Day shipping orders placed after 12 PM PST on a Thursday will ship on Friday for a Monday delivery.
- Next day shipping does not guarantee next day delivery. Please allow time for the mail carrier to ship the order.
- Some mail carriers like UPS only ship on weekdays.
